I'm Alicia Escott Lumpkin!

I'm a lifelong Birmingham resident and dedicated public servant with more than 17 years of experience serving the City of Birmingham. My career has been defined by a commitment to transforming how government works, improving efficiencies, and launching initiatives that drive real change in local communities.
A proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Logistics. I later earned a Juris Doctor from the Birmingham School of Law, equipping me with the legal and strategic skills to advocate effectively for the people I serve.
Rooted in faith, I'm an active member of Israel Community Missionary Church, where my commitment to service is grounded in lifelong spiritual values. I'm also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, and have served on numerous community boards focused on strengthening neighborhoods and expanding opportunity.
With a heart for service and a bold vision for progress, I'm running to move District 60 forward!
